Cromito de lantânio: material para interconectores de células a combustível de óxido sólido - uma revisão

O cromito de lantânio (LaCrO3) é um material cerâmico sintético, que apresenta como principais características boa condutividade elétrica em altas temperaturas (> 800 °C), estabilidade química e física em atmosferas oxidantes e redutoras e, significativa atividade catalítica quando na forma de pós. Estas características o tornam atrativo para diversas aplicações de interesse tecnológico, como catalisadores, resistências para fornos de alta temperatura e geração de energia elétrica, sendo que nesse campo é potencialmente o material mais adequado para utilização como interconector em células a combustível de óxido sólido (Solid Oxide Fuel Cell - SOFC). As características intrínsecas, propriedades e técnicas de processamento do cromito de lantânio são consideradas neste trabalho por meio de uma revisão dos principais estudos relatados ao longo dos últimos 40 anos.

Hassan Esmili decrit le projet et explique dans quel contexte il a ete mis sur pied et quelle importance il represente pour la faculte de lettres. Il montre egalement que la creation de cette nouvelle licence entre dans une politique generale d’adaptation de la formation universitaire au marche de l’emploi.

An Empirical Study on Post Divorce Enforcement of Court Orders in Malaysia

This study investigates problems on the enforcement of court orders issued by the civil courts in divorce cases in Malaysia. Although the civil courts are guided by comprehensive statutory laws, however, issues on matters related to the enforcement of court orders especially maintenance orders are still unresolved. Therefore, this study is undertaken to examine and identify problems that have caused the failure to enforce these orders, post-divorce. A survey was conducted on one hundred and sixty-seven respondents came from five regions in Malaysia. The survey using questionnaires was the main method of collecting data. To support the empirical evidence, semi-structured interviews were also conducted in this study. The study discloses an obvious co-relation between complex and lengthy processes, unnecessary time consuming and costs inefficiency with the enforcement of orders after the divorce has taken place. The impact of Covid 19 occurs in all aspects of life, even 80% of the impact occurs in the non-health sector. Therefore, the management of Covid 19 needs to involve all elements of society, including the campus community. The campus community is expected to actively take social action and be at the forefront of carrying out social change, including responding to disasters. Higher education is responsible for teaching awareness of various social problems to its campus community. Efforts made by the campus in carrying out prevention started from policy development, development of supporting instruments for the Covid 19 alert campus, mobilizing Covid 19 volunteers to the formation of the Covid task force team.

In-Focus Electrostatic Zach Phase Plate Imaging for Transmission Electron Microscopy with Tunable Phase Contrast of Frozen Hydrated Biological Samples

Transmission electron microscopy (TEM) images of beam sensitive weak-phase objects such as biological cryo samples usually show a very low signal-to-noise ratio. These samples have almost no amplitude contrast and instead structural information is mainly encoded in the phase contrast. To increase the sample contrast in the image, especially for low spatial frequencies, the use of phase plates for close to focus phase contrast enhancement in TEM has long been discussed. Electrostatic phase plates are favorable in particular, as their tunable potential will allow an optimal phase shift adjustment and higher resolution than film phase plates as they avoid additional scattering events in matter. Here we show the first realization of close to focus phase contrast images of actin filament cryo samples acquired using an electrostatic Zach phase plate. Azalan müşâreke (ortaklık), kâr-zarar prensibince çalışan ve faizsiz bankacılıkta kullanılmak üzere tasarlanmış bir finansman ürünüdür. Ortaklık temelinde kurulan bu akit, bir yandan bireylerin ve müesseselerin finansman ihtiyacını faizsiz bir şekilde karşılamalarına imkân verirken öte yandan elde atıl bulunan sermayeyi işletmeyi sağlamaktadır. Yöntem kuruluş itibariyle müşâreke akdine benzerlik gösterirken bazı yönlerden klasik müşârekeden ayrılmaktadır. Kendine has birtakım özellikleri bulunan Azalan müşâreke yöntemi, faizsiz bankacılık için arzu edilen şey olan ortaklık anlayışının daha etkin bir şekilde kullanılmasına katkı sağlayacaktır. Çünkü faizsiz finans dünyası işlemlerin çoğunu modern murâbaha yöntemiyle yapmayı tercih ettiği ve mudârebe-müşâreke prensibinden uzaklaştığı için çokça eleştiri almaktadır. Buradan hareketle bu çalışmanın amacı, ortaklık üzerine inşa edilen azalan müşâreke yönteminin tarihi, türleri, kullanım alanları, diğer finansman yöntemlerinden farkı, içerdiği fıkhi problemler gibi meseleleri konu çerçevesinde oluşan literatürden hareketle ele alıp sunmaktır. Çalışmanın konusu olan Azalan müşârekenin bir faizsiz finansman tekniği olarak ticaret, araç-gereç, konut edinimi gibi konularda faiz hassasiyeti olan bireyler için -gerekli vergi, altyapı ve kanuni düzenlemelerin hazırlanması hâlinde- faizsiz bir enstrüman olma özelliği böyle bir çalışmayı önemli kılmakta ve eserin bu alana katkı sağlayacağı düşünülmektedir. Öte yandan yöntemin, günümüzde ivme kazanmış olan ve Elbirliği prensibine dayalı sistem için de özellikle konut finansmanı açısından alternatif bir teknik olma özelliği taşıdığı söylenebilir.
